About
Pablo Ramos
I ran operations before I designed the systems that hold them together.
I founded and operated manufacturing, trade and service businesses, and led a digital newspaper. Different industries, the same lesson: an operation is held together by people, cash and deadlines that don't forgive, and it gets decided in places no system can see.
On that foundation I co-founded Vortwood with Maximiliano Rinaldi — I run it today as CEO. We build the systems that operate hundreds of companies every day. Since 2026 I've been researching in public how to make an organization readable to machines that can already reason and act. I'm not married to technology; I'm married to the outcome.
