Pablo Ramos
Co-founder & CEO of Vortwood. I know the business because I've been on the other side of the counter.
I didn't learn business in a classroom. I've owned a curtain factory, a metalworking shop and an auto shop; I ran a digital newspaper. Each one taught me the same thing from a different angle: how operations actually run, with real people, money and deadlines that don't forgive.
That mix —production, trade, service, media— isn't common, and it's exactly what lets me understand a business before proposing anything. With that foundation I co-founded Vortwood alongside Maximiliano Rinaldi —I run it today as CEO— and together with a team we built the products already running hundreds of businesses.
So what we do at Vortwood and in every product doesn't come from a manual: it comes from having lived those problems. I'm not married to technology, I'm married to the outcome. If it doesn't serve the business, it doesn't ship — no matter how nice it looks.
